Dr. Jeffrey Siegal, Cataract Specialist, is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in medical and surgical disorders of the eye and eyelids.
Dr. Siegal graduated cum laude from Union College, Schenectady, New York in 1979. He graduated with honors from New York Medical College, formerly Flower Fifth Avenue Medical School, in 1984. After serving a one year medical internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, he returned to New York Medical College to complete a three year ophthalmology residency. Dr. Siegal served as Chief Resident of the program. He received extensive training in the latest techniques of cataract and glaucoma surgery, as well as training in refractive surgery.
In 1991, Dr. Siegal was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Diplomate of the prestigious American Board of Ophthalmology. His current affiliations include Boca Raton Community Hospital, Delray Laser Center, Bethesda Health City, and Bethesda Memorial Hospital. He also has surgical privileges at the Boca Raton Outpatient Laser and Surgery Center.
