Angela Betancourt, COE, CPSS

Angela Betancourt joined Palm Beach Eye Specialists in 2023 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the ophthalmic field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida International University. In her role, Mrs. Betancourt oversees the comprehensive daily operations of the practice, ensuring that all clinical and administrative functions are carried out with precision and efficiency. She is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient service and is committed to fostering an environment that prioritizes exceptional care and professionalism.

Additionally, she is a Certified Ophthalmic Executive (COE). This designation is the national standard for ophthalmic practice management. This elite certification promotes excellence and professionalism in the field. She is also a Certified Patient Service Specialist® (CPSS) which establishes a national standard of excellence which promotes staff professionalism and increasing the quality of patient care.
